Pastoral Conference
17 And from Miletus he sent to Ephesus, and called for the elders of the church.

The pastoral conference is a ministry that seeks to respond to the needs of our leaders and those pastors with whom we have fellowship or a special pastoral counseling relationship.
We hope that the pastors at this conference can be strengthened in their spirit and their understanding enriched through the teachings on topics appropriate to their pastoral work. Also important in this conference is the fellowship of the guests with other brother pastors with whom they have common pastoral perspectives and participation in the services of this church, with which they share a special mutual love.
Each of the speakers is a pastor working in the ministry of the Word in his local church. These men are distinguished by their gifts of teaching, knowledge, wisdom, faithfulness, experience and pastoral heart.
It is our prayer that God will give us wisdom to carry out this ministry, and that He will give special help to those pastors who are to preach His Word to us. It is also our prayer that God will pour out His Spirit upon us and work in all our hearts in such a way that we will be better men, faithful servants and better equipped for the good of the church of the Lord Jesus Christ in which God is to receive glory throughout all generations, forever and ever.
Comunión y unidad pastoral
Un aspecto esencial de la conferencia es la comunión entre los pastores asistentes. Es una oportunidad privilegiada para establecer relaciones fraternales con otros hermanos en el ministerio que comparten una visión común del llamado pastoral. Este tiempo compartido refuerza los lazos de amor, unidad y respeto mutuo que nos unen como cuerpo de Cristo, y permite a los invitados experimentar de primera mano el testimonio y la vida congregacional de nuestra comunidad de fe.
Líderes formados por el Señor
Todos los conferenciantes han sido cuidadosamente seleccionados entre pastores que actualmente están sirviendo activamente en el ministerio de la Palabra en sus respectivas iglesias locales. Son hombres reconocidos por sus dones espirituales, habilidades de enseñanza, profundo conocimiento bíblico, madurez espiritual, fidelidad en el ministerio, años de experiencia pastoral y, sobre todo, por su corazón entregado al cuidado de las ovejas de Dios.
En conjunto, esta conferencia se presenta como un tiempo sagrado de aprendizaje, reflexión, oración y comunión, orientado a bendecir y empoderar a quienes han sido llamados a guiar y alimentar el rebaño del Señor.
